It's Blitz!
Yeah Yeah Yeahs' new record It's Blitz! is so different from their last albums and EPs. It's definately not a bad thing. In fact, it's the farthest thing from bad. It's fucking amazing. Heads Will Roll is my favourite song, and Zero is a great opening track. Karen O's vocals on this record are so incredibly, and the music itself is almost visual. You can't help but create an imaginary play in your head to match the songs. Yeah Yeah Yeahs have earned themselves the number one spot in my favourite bands of the week. And probably a million other kid's spots too.

The L Word.
Okay, here it goes.
Seriously, how the fuck can you end a show like they did !? That was extremely ridiculous. Who the fuck killed Jenny ? Or did anyone kill Jenny at all ? Actually, I want to know why Jenny had to die anyway. Although, I have to say, the director of the final episode definately did an amazing job. The editing was done extremely well, too. I actually loved the scene where Dylan pulled a knife on Helena to show that she can trust her. That was very hot, and pretty dark. Back to the "what the fuck" ending, the webisodes that are apparently supposed to segue into the spin-off is kind of cool idea, but the spin-off plot is ridiculous. It's supposed to follow Alice (Leisha Hailey) in a prison, which makes me think she killed Jenny, but she had no real reason to, and she's the one who found Jenny dead. It could have been that bitch Nikki. I dunno. The L Word was an amazing show. From the very first episode on, it was great. I don't think I've ever seen a bad episode. And what I liked about the show was that they were all gay, and it wasn't a plot point, it was just fact. And I like how it didn't stereotype them, it just showed the lives of people who happened to be lesbians in a fairly realistic way. It was a much better show than Queer As Folk. I could never get into that show. Alright, I'm done ranting.
Peace out, y'all !
Samuel.

Samuel.
My reason for this second blog.
The first was for personal banter on life, love, ect.
This is for when I get into one of my obsessive moods and have to rant about an album or some film or something.
I know, lame. But what the hell, it'll be fun.
